Shipping and Returns

You will receive an email notification and text message when your order has been processed and subsequently shipped. Please do check that you’ve given us the correct address or there will be a charge for re-delivery. However, all items are available for convenient free self-collection at United Square so we’ll let you know via email and text message that your purchase is waiting to come home with you. Please present printed copy of the invoice during collection.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • AM Mail  for small and light items delivered directly to your letterbox. There is no tracking number for AM Mail but you will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped and your order should arrive within the next 2 working days (MondaysFridays, excluding holidays).

  • SmartPac  for small items delivered in a SmartPac box right to your doorstep. If no one is home, the postman will deposit it in your letterbox. If your letterbox is full or unusually tiny, then your order can be collected at the nearest post office. You will be informed of the tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

  • Registered Mail – for bulky items (that can’t possibly fit into your letterbox) to be delivered to your doorstep and requires someone to receive and sign for the parcel; or you can subsequently collect it at the nearest post office. You will be informed of the tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

COURIER OPTION

  • Courier is an economical shipping method recommended for bulky or heavy items as it is charged at a flat rate of S$10 (extra S$1 for ERP zones or express delivery) and great for items that are of a certain value that you wouldn’t want getting lost in the mail.

  • Your order will be delivered to your doorstep and requires someone to receive and sign for the parcel from Monday to Friday 9am6pm (excluding public holidays). In any case, you will be informed of the tracking number via email when your order is shipped. 

  • We also ship internationally via DHL and will advise on the cost upon based on weight of the purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • For exchanges of size or to another item, do note that only regular priced items may be exchanged and not applicable to sale or limited stock items.

  • Our policy lasts 7 days (inclusive of weekends and public holidays), which means if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange unfortunately. To avoid any abuse, all damaged or defective items must be returned to us unused, unopened and in their original packaging for a one-for-one exchange of the same product, subject to approval. There will be no refund of the shortfall difference and any excess amount will need to be topped-up. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for the exchange to be made at United Square.
